Week Beginning 30th March


  • Read through the Easter Story PPT - this will teach you the story of Easter, and the origins of the Christian holiday. You will discover the key events of Jesus' story and hear the optimistic tale of his resurrection after his death.
  • Use the comic strip template to explain and tell the hopeful story of Jesus' resurrection.



This week we are looking at how we can reduce the effects of changes to the environment! We all have a very important part to play.

Have a look at my lesson outline and enjoy researching about one of the effects of changes to the environment. I'll look forward to seeing your creative ways to show what you have found out!


  • Reading Comprehension - All about Spring worksheets. At the bottom of each sheet there is a star, 1 star = Lower Ability, 2 stars = Middle Ability and 3 stars - Higher Ability. You are more than welcome to challenge yourself as each worksheet has slightly different comprehension questions. The answer sheets are attached.


  • Complete the Easter themed maths mystery which is a great way to practise a range of maths skills. 
  • Multiplication and Division Mosaics - Practise maths fluency by recalling basic facts accurately, quickly and effortlessly in a fun way. This set of worksheets includes individual sheets for 3, 4 and 8 multiplication tables and corresponding division facts as well as a combination of multiplication and division facts for the 3, 4 and 8 times tables up to 12× (year 3 NC aim) and sheets to practise multiplication and division facts up to 12 × 12 (year 4 NC aim). A mastery question is included on each worksheet to deepen understanding and promote reasoning skills.
